These terms apply to everyone who uses portcityrootsco.com or buys from Port City Roots. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are
Port City Roots is based in California. You can reach us at portcityroots@gmail.com, by mail at PO Box 1035, Mi Wuk Village, CA 95346, or through our Contact page.
Products
Our clothing and accessories are printed to order by our printing partner after you buy them. Colors on your screen may look a little different from the finished item. We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is listed at the wrong price. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Shipping
Your order ships once it has been printed. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates from the carrier. If your order arrives late, damaged or wrong, contact us and we will work it out with you.
Returns and refunds
Clothing and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn with tags attached; you pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. Seeds are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. The full policy is on our Refund and Returns Policy page.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
Our designs
The Port City Roots name, logo and designs belong to Port City Roots. You may not copy or sell them without our written permission.
Limits on our responsibility
We provide this site and our products as they are. To the extent the law allows, Port City Roots is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Orders are covered by the terms in place when you placed them.
